The Problem
Islam’s toxic totalitarian ideology known as sharia has been penetrating and subverting America for decades. Today, it is metasizing in Texas and, if unchecked, will – in due course – destroy our constitutional Republic. Practical steps must be taken at once to save Texas and save America.
The Solution
A multi-phase campaign must be mounted immediately in Texas to: educate its population about the threat posed by sharia-supremacism; expose the extent of its toxic insinuation across the state; and mobilize and equip Texans to lead the nation in defending the U.S. Constitution and the freedoms it guarantees.
The Vision
The “Save Texas, Save America Campaign” is animated by the conviction that, as the American people learn about the true nature of Islam’s sharia doctrine – namely, that it is a totalitarian political ideology bent on conquering and destroying both our country and Western civilization more generally with a thin veneer of religiosity obscuring its true purpose, they will rally to reject and prohibit it.
The Historical Trajectory
What is happening in Texas and across America is not a new phenomenon. It is also metastasizing elsewhere, notably in Western Europe. And it has been insinuated for decades into this country.
What is new, however, is that the Sharia-supremacists are reaching critical mass with the techniques they have used since Mohammed’s time – namely: immigration (hijra); rampant population growth; ever-increasingly assertive demands for accommodations; and ultimately domination and conquest. Unless the jihadists are stopped now, their ultimate success is virtually inevitable.
Milestones
The urgently mounted “Save Texas, Save America Campaign” is pulling together influential national and homeland security practitioners, subject matter experts, legislators and other patriots to do the following:
- Phase 1: Fully implement Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s pathbreaking designation of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal ones.
- Phase 2: Inform voters in the March 3rd GOP primary election in Texas about the need for Proposition 10, which simply says “Texas should prohibit sharia law.”
- Phase 3: Build on the success of Proposition 10 to make “banning sharia” a voting issue in the November elections in Texas and elsewhere in the country. And,
- Phase 4: Strive to translate those electoral results into a mandate to put sharia-supremacism on the ash-heap of history – much as Ronald Reagan did to the Soviet Union after he sought, and secured, a landslide victory in 1980 on a platform of “peace through strength.”
Tangible Progress to Date
Early indications that the Campaign is both needed and demonstrating real promise include:
- Governor Abbott told Glenn Beck in a recent interview that he thought Proposition 10 would be approved overwhelmingly by voters. While that assessment is encouraging, the March 3rd primary is essentially an open one and our campaign is required to ensure that outcome.
- The Governor also told Glenn he believed that the approval of Proposition 10 “will lead to a new law with a total ban on sharia in the state of Texas and then it will impose a duty on the Attorney General to enforce that ban on ”
- Resistance is growing in Texas and elsewhere to the construction of new mosques, especially with the Islamic calls to prayer increasingly disturbing the peace in non-Muslim areas.
- A Rasmussen Poll released on January 15th found that “77% of likely U.S. voters are ‘concerned about the influence of Radical Islam in America,’ including 41% who are very ”
Required Support
The “Save Texas, Save America Campaign” seeks to educate voters about: the nature of sharia; the stakes if it is allowed to continue to metastasize; and how that outcome can be prevented by informing and engaging voters across the state of Texas.
While the immediate focus is on educating the electorate in Texas about the importance of Proposition 10, the larger purpose after 3/3 – win, lose or draw on that ballot measure – is to create new opportunities to ban sharia in states across the country using the Texas model as a template.
Consequently, the campaign’s immediate needs include:
- Preparing and disseminating themes, memes, videos, print materials, posters, lawn signs, buttons, other campaign merchandise.
- Organizing venues and spokesmen, providing logistical support for events across the state.
- Establishing and operating a dedicated Campaign headquarters along with essential staffing.
- Recruiting, training and utilizing
- Achieving operational security in every
- Performing opposition
- Securing financial resources sufficient to manage the campaign and fund: billboards, paid advertising, social media campaigns, door-knocking, phone banks, polling, public events, travel expenses, compensation for core staff.
Next Steps
The “Save Texas, Save America” Campaign will:
- Focus through March 3rd on educating about Proposition 10.
- Forge partnerships to make the coalition behind the campaign as formidable as possible.
- Amplify messaging through every available
- Educate and get out the vote.
Other priorities:
- Call for the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations to be expanded to other jihadist support networks and front groups in Texas.
- Provide educational support to legislators in preparation for their official duties, including by a) pressing for the Texas legislature to hold urgent hearings – ideally, among them, field hearings across the state – leading up to a special session to pass a ban on sharia and b) charging the Texas Attorney General to start enforcing it as soon as possible after enactment.
- Aggressively train citizens, law enforcement, intelligence and military personnel and political leaders at every level about the threat posed by sharia and its adherents and how to counter it.
