BanSharia.com Coalition Launches “Not in America” Micro-Documentary to Inform Sharia-enslaved Women Here of Their Rights, Warn Others that They Stand to Lose Theirs
Muslim Brotherhood, Other Mosques that Promote Sharia, Threaten Public Safety Require Investigation
WASHINGTON, D.C.— An informal coalition of patriotic American groups and leaders today released a 1.75-minute-long “micro-documentary” entitled “Not in America” aimed at two groups of women in this country: 1) those who are subjected to the brutally repressive Islamic strategy for conquest known as sharia; and 2) every other female living in the United States today.
This free video’s main point is that the misogynistic horrors imposed by sharia violate rights to which Muslim and non-Muslim women in this country alike are entitled. These include the rights not to be covered head-to-toe, beaten and raped by their husband and summarily divorced.
This latest BanSharia.com video is meant to help ensure that all women in America know and can freely exercise their rights – and that those who can do so today understand sharia-supremacists intend to take those rights away.
In the hope of apprising Muslim women of these realities, the Coalition transmitted the video at noon CT today into seven of the most virulently sharia-supremacist, Muslim Brotherhood-linked mosques and their surroundings in Texas.
This effort coincides with another BanSharia.com Coalition initiative: A call for Governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Ron DeSantis of Florida to follow up on their laudable designations last year of the Muslim Brotherhood and its preeminent front group, the Council on American Islamic Relations, as terrorist organizations. In an open letter to those leaders on October 19th, roughly 3-dozen leaders of grassroots organizations and other prominent patriots urged them to launch investigations into what amounts to the Brotherhood’s critical infrastructure of jihad: many of the 3,300-plus “Islamic societies,” “Islamic centers” and other sharia-supremacist mosques in the United States.
In the intervening days, the Coalition has worked with partners to examine such mosques in Texas. A preliminary review of approximately 300 of them revealed that nearly 40% are located in proximity to electric grid, water storage and treatment, telecommunications, and/or first responder facilities. By being within easy striking distance – in a number of cases fewer than fifty yards away – from such potential targets, the threat that such mosques could be weaponized poses risks to public safety and perhaps national security. (A sample such mosques and adjacent assets is here.)
In light of such evidence, the Coalition reiterates its call for Governor Abbott, in particular, to announce such investigations immediately and impose a moratorium on approvals of applications for construction or occupancy of at least until the inquiries are complete.
