A recurring mistake: legitimizing the Muslim Brotherhood

Official “outreach” that runs through Brotherhood-linked fronts elevates the very networks that seek to “destroy Western civilization from within.”

This hands enemy agents credibility, access, and influence inside agencies tasked with stopping them—while signaling to non-sharia-adherent Muslims that they should fall in line.
Action Plan: Practical Steps to Defend a Free Society
1) Get the facts right—and keep America sharia-free.
Equip policymakers, judges, business leaders, journalists, community leaders, and the public with an accurate understanding of sharia as a political-legal project. Resist efforts to normalize it as a parallel legal system inside the United States.
2) Stop outsourcing “outreach.”
End government engagement that runs through Muslim Brotherhood fronts. Prioritize prosecutions of terrorists, funders, and other lawbreakers over photo-op partnerships that legitimize bad actors and chill cooperation from patriotic Muslims.
3) Apply the oath consistently.
Extend existing bans on members of recognized hate or seditious groups holding sensitive roles to anyone who openly espouses or supports sharia as a superior legal code. At the same time, identify and elevate Muslims who publicly reject sharia supremacy.
4) Proscribe practices that promote sharia.
Bar sharia-compliant finance in U.S. institutions and stop the use of public spaces or funds for facilities and programs that give preferential treatment to sharia adherence.
5) Enforce sedition laws—inside mosques and out.
If imams, mosques, or organizations advocate replacing the Constitution with sharia, warn, investigate, and prosecute where warranted. The First Amendment protects worship and speech; it does not protect organizing to overturn constitutional government.
6) Fix the textbooks.
Ensure materials used in public schools and Islamic schools do not promote sharia supremacy or teach that America must submit to it.
7) No “no-go” zones.
Disallow communities that attempt to segregate by sharia rules, apply them alongside or instead of American law, or claim special territorial control around mosques. Equal law, everywhere.
8) Screen for ideology, not ethnicity.
As with historic exclusions for communist ideologues, bar immigration by those who openly adhere to sharia as a governing code superior to the Constitution.
Expect pushback—use it
These steps will spark controversy—from sharia-adherent activists and from well-meaning people who mistake firmness for intolerance. That’s an opportunity, not a problem. It’s a chance to have the overdue public debate about policies that led us here—and to reset them before the costs rise further.
Bottom line: A free republic survives only if its citizens and leaders are willing to defend it—clearly, lawfully, and without apology. Start with truth. Follow with equal law. Finish with courage.
